The strategic location between Switzerland and Italy offers a wide range of leisure activities. In 15' you are in Ticino (Switzerland), in 45' in Como, in one hour in Milan. Picturesque villages all around, to discover the magic of the valleys and its near big brother, Lake Como. Activities on the lake, in the mountains or in the city: Longlake Festival, cultural centre in Lugano; dining, walking and cultural sites from Porlezza to Tremezzo; fashion and more in Como and Milan. The Space Bright accommodation on the ground floor with garden access and view. Recently and completely developed is a sustainable construction in class A4+, equipped with a double bedroom with an armchair bed to accommodate a child, a study/dining table, an electric induction kitchen with everything you need to cook complete with utensils, fridge, minifreezer, microwave oven and moka with selected solidarity coffee (Caffèlab); the bathroom is comfortable and modern, with a large shower and everything you always have at home to relax and not have to think about anything (professional hairdryer, straightener, tampons, make-up remover, body cream, toothbrush, perfume, shaving foam...). OUTDOOR SPACES A large garden with a spa pool and sunbathing area, where you can relax in the shade on too hot a day. The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue ofyr on request. There is also bike storage on request. In our garden, our six-year-old dog Giuni may wag her tail in search of cuddles; she is adorable, she likes cuddles! THE RESERVATION INCLUDES Complete linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels for inside and outside) Free Wi-Fi Access for guests The accommodation is located on the first floor of a single-family house. Visitor's tax is not included in the reservation price and must be paid separately upon check-in. The rate is € 0.50 per guest/night (excluding children under 14 years). The completion of check-in with the handing over of ID documents to the Region and the payment of the tourist tax are compulsory requirements in Italy and will be taken care of upon arrival in my presence. Other things to bear in mind During longer stays, there is the possibility to request a change of linen and additional cleaning of the flat for €20. On site you will find the house rules and a valuable up-to-date guide will be sent to your mobile devices upon arrival.
